How do I get started?

Once you have your own eCommerce store (Ebay, Amazon and Facebook shop are all acceptable), simply sign up for our free account here or our Pro Plan here. Pro Plan members will receive a Dropship ID upon signing up, and discounts are automatically applied at checkout. Free Plan members will be sent a set of coupon codes. Now after you have signed up, simply pick items from our site that you want to sell. When you make a sale, come to our site and make a the same purchase using your discount code. Your order will be sent to your customer with a traceable tracking number.

Is it FREE to join?

Yes, there are no additional fee's for sign up. Click here to join.

Do you assist startups or only established businesses?

Every business has a startup stage. We welcome any size business's to join our platform. Some of our clients are generating over 6 figures in annual sales. Whatever the size of your organisation, we do our best to support you every step of the way.

Does Onetify offer Data Feed?

We offer datafeed files for uploading moderate to large volume of products to your eCommerce site and/or marketplaces, with the convenience of saving you time. We offer datafeed files for as little as $5 each per category, datafeeds include title, descriptions, images, standard list price before discount and UPC if available. You can easily modify the pricing within the feed. Data Feed files includes: Product Title Product Images Product Descriptions SKU and UPC if any Quantity Standard listed price (before your dropship discount)

Does Onetify dropship in my Country?

Covid 19: International shipping has been temporary suspended till further notice.
Majority of our item's are shipped within USA, recently we opened up select categories for international shipping, see below for list. Shoes, Fashion, Handbags, Gifts, COSEEY Gadgets, COSEEY Accessories, Korean Beauty, Cell Phone Accessories, Computer, Gadgets, Drones & RC toys, Bluetooth Speakers You can still sign up as long as you are promoting to the U.S audience. And to expedite the order process when placing your order, we suggest to use a verified PayPal account as the payment method. How do I upload products to my site?

You can request for a datafeed file here. Or simply copy and paste from our site.

Do you have an app integration for my eCommerce site for dropshipping?

What is your Pro Plan Membership ID for?

Your Pro Plan membership ID is an internal membership number so we know you're a drop-shipper. Member ID is required when you are requesting for data feeds and when you make a drop ship purchase from our site. When placing an order, please enter your membership ID in the comment box so that we can identify that the order is a drop ship order.

Will my customers receive a packing slip with Onetify's logo on it?

Your customers will not receive a packing slip with our logo on it, packing slips are under our logistic division name.

What is your processing time?

Normally, it takes 1 to 3 business days for processing an order including payment verification. To expedite your order, please use a verified paypal account to complete your order as it will speed up the processing time. Some wholesale orders may require a longer processing time.

What is the return/exchange policy?

For both returns and exchanges, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your item for an RMA number.
Returns/Exchanges must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your RMA number. Exchanges - We offer one-time exchange, since an upfront discount on the original order was applied, shipping fee for the exchange item will be applicable. Item or shipment under 5 lbs - flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 is applicable. Item or shipment under 2 lbs - flat rate shipping fee of $6.95 is applicable. Returns - Once return is received, you will be credited back to your account minus a restocking fee of 20%.

Do you offer financing on the products I sell?

Yes, you can choose between Shop Pay or Paypal credit.

Your have the option to pay upfront or split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.
